Dallas, TX (October 28, 2015) – DealCloud, Inc. announced today that Dallas, Texas based Tailwater Capital has selected and implemented DealCloud’s deal management and investor relations solution to manage Tailwater’s deal sourcing, due diligence and investor relations processes.

Tailwater Capital is a sophisticated, growth-oriented private equity firm that invests exclusively in energy related deals in the Midstream and Upstream sectors. Tailwater Capital selected DealCloud because of the flexibility of the platform to customize for unique deal attributes that go along with Midstream and Upstream investments, as well as DealCloud’s ability to manage Tailwater’s complex relationships between deals, investors, funds, and partnerships.
