Penfund Deploys DealCloud

Penfund, a leading provider of junior capital to middle market companies, has deployed DealCloud. Penfund invests debt and equity in mid-market companies throughout North America. Investments are made in amounts up to $230 million per transaction to finance buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations, ownership reorganizations and organic growth.
