Sienna Investment Managers, the alternative investment platform of the publicly traded investment holding company GBL (Groupe Bruxelles Lambert), has selected DealCloud as its global customer relationship management solution (CRM) to support alternative investment management businesses. Sienna Investment Managers will leverage DealCloud as its single source of truth for pipeline management, investor tracking, and deal management. DealCloud will also help Sienna Investment Managers integrate and manage its recently acquired new businesses and develop synergies between them within a single platform.

DealCloud will provide Sienna Investment Managers with a complete view of pipeline, investors, and investor touchpoint activity. The firm plans to go live with DealCloud in the first quarter of 2022, starting with real estate and private credit activities and then implementing its other businesses in increments. The firm will begin by leveraging DealCloud’s investor and deal pages and using them to match the best deals with the best investors. Later, the firm intends on using DealCloud for its fundraising activity and portfolio management.

 

In addition to serving as a single source of truth for deal, pipeline, and investor management, DealCloud will also serve as a centralized location for specific master data management. The platform will enable Sienna Investment Managers to increase performance and daily tasks, and promote consistent knowledge-sharing across groups, and serve as a centralized location for specific master data management. The firm also plans to integrate with third-party systems in the near future.
